- Customer contact person: name, position, telephone number, e-mail.
- Supplier's contact person: name, position, telephone number, e-mail.
- Prospective customer: contact person's name, position / role, telephone number, e-mail.
- Prospective supplier: contact person's name, position / role, telephone number, e-mail.
How personal information is stored
All information above is stored in our Visma system. Only the CFO and CEO has access to this information. Backup of the information in Visma is stored in a secured location.
Right to access, change and delete personal data
Employees, customers and suppliers can contact us at any time to:
- Change their personal data. The change is made without unnecessary delay if possible without violating current legislation.
- Gain access to their personal data.
- Take back if necessary consent to the collection of personal data and, if there are no statutory obstacles, have their personal data deleted.
Personal data incident
Personal data incident must, if it entails a risk to the data subject's rights and freedoms, be reported to the regulatory authority without undue delay and no later than within 72 hours. We also undertake to inform the data subject if there is a great risk that his rights and freedoms may be affected.
